Ihired OmniTech support about a year and a half ago. At first, they were terrific. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism.
Then around two months ago, I had an argument with a tech about my contract. They said it ran out and I knew it was good for another year. They were adamant about the length of the contract and removed their ICON from my desktop so I could not contact them.
I went to their website and talked to customer service. I gave them my information proving I still had more than a year of service left on my account.
Thats when the real problems started. In the past month, they were on my computer at least 25 hours trying to fix my registry problem. Today I fired them when I was told there was nothing wrong with my computer.They have rendered my computer to a point that I may have to reformat my hard drive.

Doesn't Make Any Sense

Why would a company that specializes in drug and alcohol testing have a computer servicing contract?? It seems like you can't even make up your mind what company you are talking about.
Why do you insist that your computer is totally ruined, but you don't name a single actual problem it is having? So you got a screen grab of one error message. That doesn't mean you need to reformat.
If your problem reports to the drug testing company (?) are as incoherent as this complaint is, it's no wonder they can't figure out what problem you are experiencing.
