American eagle bank is a rip-off, they call you and harrass you way before you payment is even considered late with the credit report.  They called me and harrassed me today, and I stated that I'm not paying my payment because I'm trying to get a new car and that I was just gonna role the loan over into my new loan payment.  The rude worker on the phone name Karol stated that I wasn't gonna be able to do that because no one will finance me if I'm late even though it's not cosidered late til after 30 days.  So she stated that if I don't pay they will repo my car.  Even though I don't see any thruth in that, so she stated that they will be at my house today to repo the car because I stated I'm not paying and  she hung up the phone.

The second time someone namde Amanda called last month and was very rude and said a racist comment before she hung up the phone.  I beleive this company needs to be shut down because they have individuals who don't know how to talk to you but are caling to collect your money.

Late is late.  You don't have to be 30 days late to be considered late!  They can repo your car if you are late at all...

What she told you is correct.  I don't know why you think a payment isn't late until it's 30 days late.  If your payment is not received on the DUE DATE, then your payment is late.  That's the way it works.

Further, refusing to make your CURRENT payments because you're saving money to buy another vehicle is foolish at best or just plain stupid.

I suggest you read your loan contract very carefully.  Every auto loan I've had always had a clause in it something to the effect that if payment is not received by the due date that the loan is in DEFAULT and the remaining balance is due in full (at the lender's discretion.)

You're being foolish.  Since you told them on the phone that you were NOT going to make a payment, they should repossess the vehicle immediately-no point playing any games with you.

Here's another hot tip for you.  Even if you were to find some lender that might consider giving you a loan, they will contact your CURRENT lender for a payoff of your current loan.  At this time they will learn that you are in DEFAULT and they will wisely back out of granting you a loan.

In other words, NO ONE IS GOING TO GIVE YOU A LOAN because you're delinquent on your current auto loan.

The women told you the reality of your situation, but rather than except the truth for what it is, you go on the internet and play the race card.
