American Eagle Movers Group, American Eagle Mover, Robert Buck Freedman, americaneaglemover.com. Do not use this moving company. If you are moving interstate they will sell your job to another moving company. They have 1 or 2 small trucks, nothing that is capable of going interstate. You will never see a truck that says american eagle, whether moving interstate or local. It will say incredible bulk. They are a small company with one location in deerfield, thats it.

Robert Buck Freedman will lie to you and tell you whatever he feels like to sell the job and that is the last you will hear from him. He opened a new corporation, american eagle movers, to get a fresh start from the Better Business Bureau last year, and his rating is already falling with them too. It is down from an A- to a B+ in a few months. Please know that if you are moving with Buck, he is a broker. If you look him up on any department of transportation website, he has only one small truck located in florida.

How to complain Against American Eagle Movers and Make It Count!

AUTHOR: anonymous - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, December 29, 2011

After an excruciatingly HORRIBLE experience with American Eagle Movers and no resolution, I searched MOVING REVIEW WEBSITES, reading complaints as well as praises...

I find an interesting PATTERN...ON THE HEELS OF COMPLAINT postings COME RAVE REVIEWS and, as in this instance, DEFAMATION of character of those posting negative reviews, calling them spammers, weird, mentally unstable...

Anyone can write anything.  A company can post rave reviews about themselves under fictitious names and defame those posting negative reviews.  Disgruntled employees and customers can post lies.  It is a question of motivation here....who has something to lose and to what extent will they go to to protect their self-interests?  Why would anyone put themselves through the hassle of filing a complaint if there is nothing to complain about?

The PROOF of a company's integrity and worth is in WHAT THEY DO not what they say.  As the old saying goes "ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS."

Among POSITIVE reviews are words like TERRIFIC, THOROUGH, AWESOME, WONDERFUL...

NEGATIVE reviews include the following: DAMAGED, LIED, WITHHELD, HIDE, RIP OFF, BREAKING, KEEPING, STOLE, HORRIBLE, DREADFUL, MISSING ITEMS, DISGUSTING GUYS, TERRIBLE COMPANY, FRAUD, SCAM, POOR SERVICE, UNRESPONSIVE

The BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU gives American Eagle Movers a "C" rating, with 53 COMPLAINTS over that last 3 years.

My suggestion, IF YOU HAVE HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE with American Eagle Movers and no resolution is to FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and also visit American Eagle Movers' Website, make note of the symbols at the bottom of the page under "Licensed and Certified" and COMPLAIN TO the organizations American Eagle Movers rely on for positive recommendations and backing: the AMSA, ProMovers, the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, and FMCSA...all can be reached via Internet and have complaint forms available.

American Eagle Movers, American Eagle Movers group, americaneaglemover.com moved my family and did an EXCELLENT MOVE FOR US!

AUTHOR: Denise - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, May 02, 2009

==========================

American Eagle Movers American Eagle Moving and Storage is an excellent company. They did a great job moving us. Pompano Florida

We received many estimates to move from Parkland to Boca. We had a large 5 bedroom home and needed a lot of packing to be done as I just had a new baby. The biggest stress factor for me was the thought of hiring a moving company that would be spending a couple of days in my home touching all of our personal things. We finally decided on American Eagle after speaking many times with Robert Freeman one of the salesman and checking them out with the better business bureau. I had many questions and he put my mind at ease. They sent 4 packers on packing day and all of them were clean and polite. They worked quickly and were generally nice guys all around. I felt safe and they were definitely experienced and professional packers. It took them all of 7 hours to accomplish what would have taken us weeks. They packed the entire house including the garage and all the rooms and marked the boxes the way I had asked them to and just did a great job. The next morning at 8:30 the moving trucks arrived and there were 5 movers. Two of the movers were from the same crew that packed me. After 5 hours of hard work the entire house was loaded into the large moving truck heading to our new house in Boca. We paid the bill as they were unloading and the price was a little more than the original estimate by a few hundred dollars as we had more packing to accomplish than we originally thought. The move went smooth and as stress free as possible under the circumstances. They did a great job and only 1 lamp shade was slightly damaged out of every thing we moved which surprised me as so many people tell me they always get damages when hiring a moving company. American Eagle did a fantastic job and I will tell everyone to hire them. I would use them again without question. THANK YOU ROBERT AND ALL THE GANG AT AMERICAN EAGLE MOVING COMPANY!

#1 UPDATE Employee

VERY SICK MINDED YOUNG DISGRUNTLED EX EMPLOYEE FILED THE ONLY REPORT OUR FINE MOVING COMPANY HAS and it is bogus and slanderous and has no merit.

AUTHOR: Buck Freeman - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 29, 2009

We were very surprised to find even 1 complaint on this site ripoff.com. We have been doing business since 1985 starting in California and never in all my years have i read anything like this. I GUESS ANYONE CAN FILE A COMPLAIANT EVEN SICK MINDED individuals that have access to a computer and time on their hands. This complaint was not filed by a client, it was filed by a very sick individual that worked for us 3 days and was fired for drug use. Here is our rebuttal regarding this complaint. The complaintants name is MARK PINE and not the name he listed. He answered an ad on craigs list for a maintenance position with our company. He also wanted to interview for a sales position which later on after our background check we found out he has been in and out of mental hospitals. We laughed about it as he was a funny guy and often talked to himself.
He arrived at our office all disheveled and outside the entrance area he chain smoked cigarette after cigarette and smelled like garbage. He explained that his family was very rich owning golf courses and supported him financially and all he needed was a few extra dollars to get by and lived only a few blocks away from our office. He seemed like a harmless individual and wanted the job so badly we decided to keeep him around and try him out for a few days as we do what we can for the handicapped. On the third day of cleaning around our place he walked into the office smelling of alcohol and marijuana and acting very weird. We immediately let him go. He threatened us and told us we would be very sorry as "I AM THE BEST JANITOR AND SALESMAN IN THE LAND! HE WAS VERY WEIRD and it freaked us out a bit! He left telling us that he would put us out of business with his friends by slandering us on the internet. THIS IS HIS VERY FIRST PIECE OF WORK SLANDERING OUR COMPANY AND MANAGERS. I think he did a pretty good job of telling the world what goes on in his head. We feel very sorry for this young man as we know that his life is the streets and will never change, but for us life goes on! Please disregard this complaint and always do what you can for the mentally impaired. Steve Rispoli General Manager. 954-571-7821
