The arrest picture was a verbal argument with Domestic charges that were frivolous and The Judge agreed charges were frivolous and dismissed all charges. Laws have changed drastically and we reside in California where cybercrimes of harassment are felonies. Leonora Lowery was investigated by a U.S. Marshals office for harassing Dawn.

Leonora Lowrey and Nancy Green profiled as cyberstalkers These are two women that use the internet to attack others. Lowery and Green are inciting others to make death threats which is in violation of federal cyber stalking/harassment laws. All death threats have been saved on the internet. The death threats are linked to post Lowery and Green have made.

Lowery and Green are being watched by law enforcement. IP address have been traced and many internet post are being followed to both Lowery and Green. Both are now harassing three other women currently. These women are in touch with law enforcment in Texas and Georgia where these women reside. Both women will serve prison time for the harassment of the founder and owner of this company. Complaints have been filed with the State Attorney General and U.S. Attorney General for stalking/internet stalking and harassment that include recent death threats sent to founder/owner. THIS IS A LETTER WRITTEN TO GOV CONTACTS REGARDING CYBER STALKER AND HARASSERS KNOWN TO HARASS MANY OTHERS IN ANIMAL RESCUE. THESE ARE TWO WOMEN WITH NO JOB AND NO MONEY DEAD SET ON HARMING OTHERS. THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE BEEN CALLED OUT BY MANY PEOPLE FOR THE LIES. THERE IS NO VALIDITY TO WHAT THEY SAY.

I am a long-time animal rescuer and President and founder of RUFFF, Inc.,the sanctuary mentioned in AZ. RUFFF is NOT in trouble for fiduciary misconduct and I want to stress this. Because of the death of our accountant, a report wasn't filed unbeknownest to me,and it caused us to have to re-file our paperwork for our federal non-profit status, which we have done. We also re-incorporated to alleviate any misconceptions about our organization. We are a corporation in GOOD STANDING with the State of Arizona, and are awaiting our 501(c)(3) reinstatemnet. That's it - no misconduct! I resent this person defiling our very important work in savingthousands of animals lives,funding spay/neuter,finding new homes and life-long animal care.

As for Dawn Taylor, much of the information contained here is not of a factual basis. I've known Dawn for over 10 years and have assisted with many rescues she facilitated over the years. She has also helped to raise money for our sanctuary and many others. To say she was "caught" is rediculous. I asked for her help and that of many others, as running this sanctuary is very expensive and the work I do in the community for animals that never come to RUFFF is also a drain on our finances.With the down-turn in the economy, and the death of my husband,it has become increasingly hard to keep the 300 animals in our care fed and cared for. without the help of people like Dawn and others, who fund-raise and contribute their own money to RUFFF, we would have to shut down. I work 2 jobs just to keep our heads above water, but much more is needed. I'm grateful to Dawn and the many others who try and help keep the sanctuary funded.

Why is it when someone tries to do something good, someone else, with an ax to grind, has to besmirch their name? What kind of sick pleasure do people get out of this? While I don't agree with everything Dawn does, I do defend her right to do it! We all have our own ways of doing things. Does that make any one of us wrong? Or do we just do things differently? I know I can look in the mirror each morning and know I'm doing a good job. I'm sure Dawn can do the same, but people who disagree with her get some sort of perverted thrill by attacking her, and many others who are in rescue. All it does is hurt the animals they claim to care about and prevents those of us in the trenches of animal rescue from doing our work.These people that attack rescuers make it hard on all of us trying to save lives and create a better world for man's best friends. What is the motivation behind this? Hurt feelings or feeling inadequate?

I also know that disgruntled (fired for misconduct) employees have been spreading vicious lies about Dawn and American Energy Solutions and there are those with some sort of vendetta posting about her as well. Much of what has been said here has been turned to look ugly. For instance, the "destruction of property"was 1 chair, broken during an argument. Are there any amongst you who hasn't had an argument with spouse or loved one? Dawn's personal life shouldn't be in the public eye or have any bearing on her ability to effectively run her company. Heck, look as some of our past Presidents and their personal lives!

Dawn works hard to earn an honest living and she doesn't do it by "scamming" the public, but is providing a service to those who wish to save $$ by lowering their energy costs with responsible energy switches that reduce energy use and lower the carbon footprint on this planet.Her customers, to date, are all very happy with the work her company has done, and there are testomonials to prove this.To try and destroy her company and deny her the chance to make a living and help homeless and abused animals with the proceeds of her work is a travesty. She is a strong woman and is resented by those she stands up to, which is par for the course.

Over the years, Dawn has been responsibe for stopping the cruelty in many shelters and fighting rings accross the country. These are facts. She and her group, USAP, are registered with the Dept of Agriculture, Georgia, as a non-profit. She did not register with the Federal Government, believing all she needed was herGA non-profit status. Any monies brough in by Dawn for animal rescue have been used to further animal rescue and stop cruelty. This article has lead one to believe otherwise. Much of the money used in these endeavors was out of Dawn's own pocket.
