American Equipment Leasing And Finance Inc ripoff stole $4000.00 of our money stay away from this company con artist Orlando Florida

We found an ad in the "Truck Paper" advertising Frieghtliner Trucks financing. On one full page the ad reads"You put a $4000.00 deposit down and there is no credit check""No turn downs""Terrible credit-We don't care""Get a truck and start driving today""Now only 24 month terns". We called and got a packet, read the whole thing, signed it and sent it back noterized and with a cashier check for$4000.00.

Blake Bolden was handling our financing. There was suppose to be a 10 day turn around. We sent everything in on April 9th 2003,on May 9th 2003, Blake sent us to see our Truck.It was in Macon Georgia 275 miles away. It was suppose to be a 1998, Freightliner FLD112, road ready.

After arriving at the Unique Car detailing shop, we found the truck Blake had picked out for us, and the last one he had. It was a 1997 Freightline FLD112, the oil light stayed on, the airconditioner did not even blow the am/fm radio and been torn out of the dash, the front bumper was torn in half and there was no mattress in the sleeper.

I'm sure Mr Bolden would not have bought it for himself and no one else in there right mind would have driven it off, I'm sure it would not have made it back to Tuscaloosa. Mr Bolden now says there is no refund, eventhough we never took possession of the truck.
