American Family Care Lied to me, wants to charge for what already paid for. Gadsden Alabama

 I walked into American Family Care 09-21-15, and asked about getting a complete physical. Stated that I do not have insurance and asked how much would cost. Was told I can pay $155 and it would cover everything. I asked for explanation, and was further explain that $155 covered everything, and test or anything doctor ordered. That there would be no other bill. Only thing not included would be cost of subscriptions if any. So I paid the $155, got complete labs done, chest xray, and EKG. At end of test I was told I have mycoplasma, and protein in my Urine. Was giving 2-shots and some subscriptions. Was giving a stool test kit as well, that I dropped back off next day. Was told to come back 9-24-15 for results of test I paid for, to see about stool, and why protein was in my urine. Also to keep eye on blood pressure. When I came back today 9-24-15, for these results I paid for on 9-21-15 that I was instructed to come get today, cause had be sent off. I was told I had to pay an additional $50, to get this information from the physician. I explain over an over that I paid $155 which was to include everything. And it's only common sense that when you pay for a test it would include the results. This is the same thing as charging a woman $20 for a pregnancy stick, then after shes pees on it, having to pay and additional fee to see if it was a plus or minace sign. I left this place, without knowing results, weather am having kidney failure or not, cause of the principle of this matter, it is really bad business on there part. I should not have to pay twice for what I already paid for.
