American Financial Card American Financial lied to me regarding their services..... Largo Florida

In early November i was contacting by a man named Ed Bollin from American Financial Card services. He told me that this card would help me to repair my damaged credit history, he said that I would receive an online merchant
card with a limit of $2000. He said in order for me to receive my card that i would have to pay a one-time fee of $200, that would be debited out of my checking account.

When I told him that I don't have that kind of money to spend right now because of the up coming holidays and my kids birthdays he said, "that i would get the money back in the form of 4 $50 payment vouchers to use
for my purchases." He wanted to set up the debit for the next day but i let him know that i probably would not have the money until Nov. 12. He said, "no probably i will go ahead and set the debit date for the 12th, and if you have any problems please give us a call at 1-888-281-6710 10am-6pm."

Well by the the 10th i already knew that i would not have the money available so I called the customer service number to cancel my order and was told that i could not do that, i could only extend the debit date to my next pay. So i did that and again i did not have all the money so I tried to call back and when i did i got an operator noise and a message tell me that all circuits were busy, i got that message for two days.

When the next debit date came and went and no money had been taken out of my account I figured that they had closed me out, no one else tried to contact me, but then out of the blue on Dec. 11th and automatic debit from American Financial showed up on my bank, which put my account into severe overdraft.

I tried calling the customer service number again today and got the same all circuits are busy message. For a company that is suppose to help repair my credit they are certainly not doing a very good job are they.
