To whom it may concern,
The greeting is as important as the body of this E-mail itself as it states "to whom it may concern," and fraud should concern everyone especially those that have the power to do something about it.
I am writing this report to inform the public about the potential for many people to be victimized by a fraudulent company that alleges to be aiding people with their financial restoration. The name of the company is American Financial Strategies, USA.
The potential for fraud primarily stems from the fact that the main person running the organization has had multiple reports of fraud against him on the following website: www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ 0/389/RipOff0389450.htm.
The above link refers to a Mr. Terrence Grandberry. Mr. Grandberry is the main operator of American Financial Strategies, USA along with a Mr. Nathaniel Douglas. The link states Mr. Grandberry has taken advantage of employees that thought they were working for him, and I have tangible evidence that he has perpetrated the same type of illegal activity with his current scam. The link also states that Mr. Grandberry has a warrant for his arrest in another state, and that has also been verified.
Although employee victimization does not necessarily confirm fraud, knowing what we as a Society now know about the Enron scandal, and people like Mr. Madoff that have financially ruined people's lives for years to come, we as a society would think twice before giving Mr. Madoff or the individuals convicted with the Enron scandal any type of financial or personal information such as social security numbers knowing the potential for being scammed.
The previous statement goes directly to say that people are giving their financial information as well as social security numbers to Mr. Grandberry, Mr. Douglas, and their employees that do not know (actually they are in denial that crimes are being committed) the magnitude of harm they have done themselves as well as those individuals that Mr. Grandberry and Mr. Douglas are victimizing.
The victimization goes hand in hand with several of the reports on this website against Mr. Grandberry with his Grand Entertainment World- Maison De Grand scam that is mentioned many times by many victims that had the courage to write in about the unfortunate dealings with Mr. Grandberry.
The company, American Financial Strategies, USA, has set up shop in the Dallas, TX area and has recruited employees utilizing several means of communication of which does include Texas Work Force. Texas Work Force, a state run agency, has removed the company from its list of potential employers due to the complaints received from employees at the company that have yet to receive any type of payment for services rendered.
As stated, the company has perpetrated similar fraud against its employees similar to the victims in the Grand Entertainment World and Maison De Grand scams by pulling out all the stops to appear to be a legitimate company when all the while they have victimized their employees by having said employees pay for back ground checks, and using their own resources such as gas and transportation as well as time (an irretrievable resource) to achieve the company's mission of contacting individuals locally about their finances.
Now, had the victims of Mr. Madoff and those involved with the Enron scandal been privy to knowing they were being ripped off something could have been done to prevent a lot of what happened to those poor individuals. The public would now think twice and cringe at the thought of giving any of the above named criminals any of their personal information only to be scammed and that is exactly what is taking place with American Financial Strategies, USA.
I implore anyone that has any dealings with this company to not just take my word for it, but talk to the employees as well as the owners of the company, Mr. Grandberry and Mr. Douglas, and ensure that the proper licensing to dispense financial advice are in place. Again, had someone had indeed reported all that was going on with Enron, Mr. Madoff, and even 911 prior to all of these tragedies taking place, there is profound evidence that if all the clues had been investigated properly, then the tragedies would not have taken place.
What does it take for someone in an official capacity to investigate the business practices of American Financial Strategies, USA before someone else has fallen victim Mr. Grandberry with all of his previous victims that have made similar reports as well as this one?!!? I give my permission to this site for anyone that has fallen victim to Mr. Grandberry or Nathaniel Douglas in any way to contact me so that your voice may be added to mine and we may seek some form of justice before too many more people have to suffer the same victimization.
