American Financial Support Services 1File.org Took my Money and did NOT do what they promised to reduced my student lone from $204,000 to $17,000 under OBAMA student lone Forgiveness Plan. Pleasanton California

I was contacted by a representative of American Financial Support Services who convinced me that if I allow them the opportunity, they have a plan that I was qulified for Undr the Obama Student Loan Forgiveness that they could immediately reduced my student Loan from $204, 000 to $17, 000.00.  I informed them that I already have a public service reduction plan in 2014 that I can pay for 120 months and my loan will be forgiven but they told me that they could do it immediately and all I would need to repay would be 17,000 dollars based on my current income.  

The company requested all my personal information to includ my tax return and told if I agree to the plan today they would give me a $100.00 discout off their usual charge of $699.00 and if I paid the amount they would provide me an additional $100.00 discount totaling $200.00 and I would only need to pay $499.00 which they charge to my Credit Card.

I talked to Fed Loan Servicing and they informed me no such program exist and this company was a fraud.  Fed Loan also informed me I was already enrolled int hte Public loan program where my balance can be forgiven after 120 payments amounting to 10 Years.

I called the company, American Financial Support Services and they informed me today I was given the wrong information and their program would last for 240 months  before I would be forgiven of my Students loan.  I informed them I want to cancel immediately and the representative agree to cancel my account and said I would be refunded in 10 business days.  

I will wait to see if this occur.
