We own a Wellness Company in South Florida.  We were contacted by Michael Johnson, owner of American Fraternity of Health and Fitness, Inc. of Boca Raton, FL.  He represented to us a Health & Fitness Expo being held at the Pompano Elks Club on Sept. 27, 2014, from 10 am - 4 pm.  We agreed to be part of his health event and Mr. Johnson charged our credit card $200 on July 16, 2014.

Three weeks prior to the event, we started calling Michael Johnson.  We left over 9 telephone messages, and never got a call back.  Because we were charged, we showed up at the Elk's Lodge located at 700 NE 10th St., Pompano Beach, FL at 9:00 am.  All the doors were locked.  There was no one there.  The event Mr. Johnson represented and took our money, was bogus.  We spoke to the head of the Elk Lodge and they told us there was no event.

If Michael Johnson was a businessman, he would have notified us by phone or email that his event was cancelled.  He did not contact us.  This is the same man that is the Vice President of the SE Chamber of Commerce.  He is a fraud and we are filing a police report with the Boca Raton Sheriff Dept. on Michael Johnson, American Fraternity of Health and Fitness, Inc.
