American Freight, Penn Hills Scam artists Penn Hills Pennsylvania

It's a long one so buckle down... My mom and I needed a new couch, we kept seeing the commercials on TV for American freight and the prices looked fantastic. One day we didn't have anything to do so we went there on a whim. We were there for an hour or two and finally found the couch that we wanted. Even though the sales person didn't leave us alone long enough to think. He kept bugging us, saying things like "you figure out what you like yet" "how we doing over there" "I'll be right over here if you need me" etc. It was beyond annoying. After we found one he then took us to look at the beds because my mom needed a new one and she figured why the hell not we were already there.. She found the one she wanted fairly quickly, but again he did not leave us alone! By this time we were very annoyed.. Now It was time to check out. The sales person told my mom about insurance so she bought it, also he talked her into a $70 bed cover! They said we would get everything when our stuff was delivered... Fast forward 1 week later. That morning we got the couch, but no insurance papers or bed cover.. I called American freight right away and they said they would send everything that weekend and we would get it by the beginning of the week.. Well the beginning of the week came and gone... Still our stuff didn't come until the next week and the package was stamped 1 day shipping? So the just sent it yesterday... And we got it today but only the bed cover was inside the package. Still no insurance papers... Pretty sure we got scamed. We're going there tomorrow, and they better cough something up. Because as of now, we never want to buy from them again. Somethings sketchy!
