been with company since -1990------with children--------now older changed policy-by request fou the better-- misused my preminus--and now i owe money for their mistakes between agent and ciompany. had my insurance cancel-----no coverage at all because agents were fired- for helping me out of this so the buck was passes to someone else. a new agent-- who has no ideal about my good standing with . commpany. long ago- now i cant get any body to face up to what happen and when it happen. because i was not documented on the computer system. ok
