Well, I guess that there is nothing that anyone can seem to do to find them so I have been discussing with my husband and we are going to do a report on them with our local TV station. They help people who have been ripped off all the time. If anyone gets more info please post so we can try to get these scam artists!!!

So Diane what you are saying is that you work for a company that supplies the flooring to AHF? They don't have anymore open orders with you? When was the last time your company heard from them? There are alot of people who are waiting for their floor and any info from you would be great!!!

this is in regards to your last comment. I know that your flooring was delivered to you earlier than your update. I don't know where AHF is and we would like to track them down as well. The delivery company cannot help you as they only did transport. All the orders AHF paid us for are shipped. As for the delay, AHF gave us orders about two weeks before some of you got your flooring. WE were not the only supplier of AHF

Wait a minute who is this Diane and where did she come from? Why is she writing from Canada and who cares about reporting the exact date that Maggie received her flooring? It was still late and I don't think to many of us care about the date as much as the fact that she received her flooring. Why doesn't DIANE worry about giving us info as to where AHF disappeared to? We want to know where our flooring is. Diane is anyone else going to receive their flooring? Should we contact the delivery company?

I would like you to report regarding the delivery of the products. Strategis International shipped you your flooring quite a while ago and I think that you should inform the date you received your flooring. We use Thorco Transport for most of the shipments.
To inform you regarding the warranty, inside each box is a pamplet with instructions and warranty information. Warranty is for a limited 25 years against manufacturer and workmanship defects when used under normal conditions and installed in accordance with manufacturer's installation instructions.

I haven't had a chance to get on the website in awhile. With a newborn at home and trying to get our floors down and move on with our renovation project I've been very busy. However like I stated in my title we did in fact receive our wood floors FINALLY!!

As my husband is in the process of laying them down and I look at them everyday I still can not believe that we actually received them. The floors are beautiful we had ordered a maple floor with a cinnamon finish and they look just like tha sample did.

The phone call we received for delivery was from Thorco Transportation out of Canada. The gentleman that delivered the wood was very very nice. The invoice that accompanied our wood was
for omly about $2000.00 where we actually paid $5000.00 but in any case I'm glad that we did receive it ofcourse no warranty accompanied the wood floor like stated on AHF website. Anyway it was a long ordeal and I sympathize with anyone who is dealing with the same situation with AHF definetly not a reputable company and their business tactics are all wrong.

Did you get your floors? I have filed my own rip off report for this same company. My flooring was ordered in November as well so I am hoping that if you recieved your floors maybe mine will actually arrive?!

It has been 7 months since our ordeal with AHF started. Today April 2,2005 I FINALLY received a call from Thorco Transport apparently the company that AHF uses for their delieveries. The person on the phone went by the name of Steve and he was actually very polite and answered all my questions. He told me that I should have my crew ready because my floor should be at my house Monday by 11:00am. I could not believe my ears as to what I was hearing. I'm hoping that it does prove to be true. Like I said I have to actually see it to believe it and hopefully the wood turns out to be what we expected. I will keep updating the site with as much info as I can.

I went on both websites again tdy as our saga continues. The original website now doesn't even have the tracking option anymore but only the e-mail address of shipmgr@hardwoodflooring usa.com which is bogus bc I have yet to receive a response. I went on to Mill Direct Floor.com and that website doesn't have the Live Chat icon anymore either. I also called the Mill Direct Floor number and someone answered the phone "Hello Flooring" I confronted the person with all that I had found out and all he simply said was that "I have the wrong company" BS.

I also sent an e-mail out thru the Mill Direct Floor website informing them that we are aware that they are running a scam. We have proceeded with legal action against these bastards. I wonder what name they will be going under now. It amazes me how crooks like these can not be caught what kind of legal system do we really have??? Very frustrated with this whole situation and ofcourse still no floors.

I wish our friend "Bruce" would resurface as he does every so often with some info. He seems to be AHF's number one truck driver since he also has so much time on his hands to respond to people on this site.

Even better yet he probably knows that AHF who he works for are indeed rip-offs that's why he makes his way onto this website to begin with...how ironic!!!!
