American Health True C Carrington Dental Today, 4/19/16, I rec'vd call from Carrington Dental indicating he was sending me materials. in-kine Florida

I had no idea who he was. Checking w my bank, I found debit entry 4 $174.95 on 3/23/2015. Creditor American Health True C. Spoke with them & although I had no recollection of purchase, they stonewalled me. Finally, hanging up on me indicating they would send me voice recording of purchase via email. It's only been an hour, but no email. Today's call was because they couldn't run debit card 4 this year's membership as card had been cancelled. I never received materials from the 3/23/15 purchase. I want a refund. 

Carrington Dental called re sending material. Never heard of them. They referred me to American Health True C. Never heard of them. 3/23/15 my debit card was ran 4 $174.95 in favor of Anerican Health True C. Did not go thru 3/23/16; card had changed. I never received anything from them & would like my $ refunded.
