We began rented a house from this company in December 2002. Ever since then we have had several maintainance problems, which they never even responded to. The stove only has 2 burners that work. The fan and light above the stove does not work. When you do laundry in the basement, water and sewage comes up the drain on the floor next to it, which makes the entire basement smell like the sewer. On the otherside of the basement door leading up the steps to the ouside there is a drain that is clogged and also allows water to come into the basement.

Someone had come out to fix the bathtub because water was leaking down into the kitchen. He realized they would have to replace all of the tile, put caulking all over the walls and never came back. The central air was not working correctly they came out once and the problem still continued, they brought a new refridgerator cause the other one died and they never measured, so the new one sits in the middle of the kitchen because it doesn't fit. The drain in the bathtub always gets stopped up and the repairman said the whole plumbing system needed replaced and of course we didn't hear anything after that.

We gave them everything in writing and nothing was ever done. I moved out and gave my 60 day notice, but I feel like I shouldn't even be held responsible when they have not fullfilled their end of the lease. They take the money and run!!!!!!!!! This has got to be illegal.
