I have had my mortgage for over 14 years, I have had my mortgage automatically withdrawn every 2 weeks. My mortgage was given to AHMSI and I have had nothing but problems ever since. I completed the automatic withdraw form, sent a void check, now 3 months later, they said they never recieved the information. In April I had spoke to John at AHMSI and he assured me that all was set up and ready for the automatic withdraw. Now on May 21t I got a letter telling me that my mortgage payment in now more the twenty days delinquent. Should the mortgage payment become 31 days delinquent a notice of Foreclose may be issued. It is near impossible to talk to a representative, when I do get through I speak to a "Sasha" from India who I can barely understand. I am outraged that my mortgage was given to this "collection agency", and they dare demand "why were you late for your payment?"
