American Home Shield and Greenway Services Did not cover what was in contract... Memphis Tennessee

After being with AHS for a couple of years with no claims. My evap. coild was leaking through pan and down through ceiling. Placed claim online stating the issue. Quarter of my sons ceiling fell in.They finally came and looked at it two days later. AHS stated they were not the cause of ceiling falling in. Greenway staed the call should have been expedited. After multiple conversations they paid $700 towards a replacement evap. core. Had standing water in ducts causing mold with an 18 month old in house. They simply did not care. Have ended up getting a new a/c for the low cost of $6,500 dollars. Now begins the issue with Greenway..Caught them not pulling a permit for additional electrical work and no permit for HVAC as well. Inspector came out, failed the work. Will return when electrician calls after doing work right. Greenway lied to code inspector on phone when it came to him asking who did work. Greenway has not completed a/c unit because..tech said he would be back following morning at 8:30am. Never showed, so at lunch I requested they not come out at all until I got electrical inspected. Thats when they failed the inspection. Not sure what all is going on. There is something very shady about these two companies. It appears that AHS has already paid some moneys. Greenway Services has multiple complaints here in Memphis. Im in fear of how the rest of the install will go.A vent in kitchen has already been damaged (sheetrock around it). These two companies need a looking at. I feel Greenway has charged for permits and have not pulled them much less called for an inspection. Back to AHS, if water has backed into duct work and caused mold, are they not responsible for that??
