American Independent Business Coalition USHealth Administrators, LLC sold a false plan with no coverage, would not fully refund Fort Worth Texas

We had a very unpleasant experience with Tyka Booker and Mark Darrough at USH. I was assured by Tyka that ADHD would be covered under the plan she sold to me.  We even went as far as to check that my son’s ADHD medication was covered.  I spent hours at the pharmacy, trying to fill a simple ADHD prescription, only to discover it was not covered and pay $136.15 at the end of it all. I was mislead to believe ADHD would be covered under the plan Tyka sold.

Contrary to her email assurances, it turns none of the USH plans cover ADHD.  I canceled the insurance plan on 1/10/18, requesting a full refund on the initial premium paid and reimbursement for the medication. Email responses dwindled to nothing.  I spoke to their accounting department 2 months later.  They said they were "backed up" and gave me the name of Tyka's supervisor, who has yet to respond to my email inquiries.  Since then we received a partial refund, amounting to 25% of what was initially paid.  I strong recommend against using this agency.  They sell bunk insurance.
