American Intercontinental University Online ripoff dishonest and trumped up charges in billing for classes Internet

I started AIU Online last spring. At first I completed all forms for financial aid and I got a student loan and had a student cash agreement. I was told this was for the first half of my education which was until November of 2005. I was told I would not have any more chrges until that time. The total for my schooling was supposed to be $18,000.

So the first half was going to be around $9,000. Financial Aid paid around $3,000. I got about $2,500 from a VSAC scholarship and the rest in student loans and a student cash agreement. Alfter my first class I received emails of more chrages and paperwork I needed to do before my next class. I questioned this becuase I knew I was not supposed to have any more charges. They wanted me to do another student cash agreement for $8,000 and more student loans.

I said this was wring because we already took care of everything until November. They said that was the price of education. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone in the financial aid department, the only person I could speek with was a student advisor who could do nothing for me except take a message. I was frustrated and withdrew from the classes. They told me the second class already started and I would have to pay for that one too because I did not withdraw in time.

I feel they got enough money from financial aid, the VSAC money and the money I sent in for the one class that I took. I feel they shoudl return the money to the Student loan Department and erase my debt.
