American Laser - Katie McCoy ,Regional Mgr Unprofessional of Distric Mgr. by screaming and cursing at the technicians in front of clients West Springfield, Massachusetts

I wish I had recorded the dates that these unprofessional conduct happened and it finally bothered me so much, I have to report this.  First off, a manager does not scream and curse at their employees in such a manner, regardless if clients are there or not.  She berated them in such a manner that was inexcusable.  She screamed at one of the girls that her appearance is unbecoming (and it is not) and told her to wear more make up to make herself look better.

In front of clients, she screamed at them about the clinic looking like a pig sty and it has been immaculate each time I have been there.  Another comment she made to the girls was that she expected them to work over their scheduled hours and she won't approve any over time.

What type of person would have such an unprofessional manner?  I was so offended, I felt like saying something to her myself.  The techs and the office manager, Alexia have been always helpful and very accommodating and have done a wonderful job with me.  I have been going there for over a year and since they appointed this rude regional manager, office morale is terrible and there has been a couple of instances where the office manager has gotten off the phone with Katie McCoy and she was in tears.

These girls are young and don't realize that it is against HR Policy at any company to be spoken to in such a manner and are afraid to say anything.  If this happened to me, I would file a lawsuit against the company targeting this individual.

I hope there is something you could do for this clinic before everyone quits (a few are going elsewhere because of this horrible treatment).
