This company is a joke. first they were operating as American Mitigation Group, LLC with no attorney. They were using their cousin as an attorney John Habashy and he bailed on them when he saw that they did not know what they were doing. The owner on paper is an 18/19 year old named Korollos Shalaby, but his older brother Joe Shalaby is the real brains behind the place. He is a former mortgage broker operating under Primetime Financial something... He does not want his name on the company becasue he owes the IRS money, and is loosing his own home to foreclosue as well - he is liar and a crook. He routinely smokes pot in the office and lets his so called IT Manager smoke weed at work and in the office as well.
They are being sued for using that name, by another company that has a trademark on that name and was in the same line of work. The changed to American Law Inc, but are not a real law firm by any means. Some poor lady signed on to be the attorney and she does not know what she is in for. They lie to clients, employees, and themselves. This is a boiler room in every sense of the word.
The DRE and the Newport Beach police department should investigate the company and shut them down. They spend more time smoking than working on files. They refuse to give clients refunds even when they know they have not performed services. Avoid this place like the plague!!! If you sent them your stuff thinking they would help you - get it back!
It's your home - don't put it in these people hands. Everything they do you can do it on your own.

I cant believe you would try to defend these crooks. They still owe me 2,000 dollars. They treat there employees like crap and that is why EVERYONE left. They have only ONE good negotiator so if you choose to employ these people you are taking a big bet if they feel like having him work on your file. the previous bums they had trying to negotiate had approved mod deals sitting in there desks that had expired because they were lazy and incompetent. and YES the "owner" is an 18 year old kid that doesn't know ANYTHING about how to run a business or how to treat employees. Honestly if it was such a great company why would employees constantly leave. They don't get fired they quit and that is a fact. I know A LOT more about this company just be happy I don't divulge anymore. I would suggest being honest with the community as I am owed a lot of money and am not going into further detail out of courtesy.

I think it is sad that people would write such horrible lies about a company, that is completely rediculous. I worked for this company for 6 months and know that they are legit...just because people no longer work for them doesn't mean all of the sudden the company does all this stuff wrong...if they were so bad then why were you working for them for so long?...and why did you work there until you were fired?...please dont believe these lies...this company has helped many people save their homes and their money...they have also helped their employees and even employees that were no longer employed there...i no longer work there but i have the utmost respect for everyone there and i hope people realize that just because someone says something like that it doesnt mean its true...jealousy and anger causes people to say horrible things sometimes...obviously this is that case.
