I was ripped off by American legal Plans/Litvin law firm they failed at preventing the foreclosure sale in Jan. 2012, so i had to file Ch. 13 bankruptcy and again in June, 2012. I had to inform them of this and in June they as well as Jan. weren't even aware of the potential foreclosure sale. in June ,I lost the home. They failed repeatedly to perform what they were paid to do. I believe they are a fraud and should be prosecuted as so. I have been told to contact the New York & Florida attorney General Office, The New York Bar Assoc., and the FTC and file complaints. If enough of us do this, we may eventually get prosecution and our money back. First we done in by the corrupt banking system and now a dishonest law firm, so what's next?
