Received an email from a Misty Blake stating that if I did not pay the sum of $621.00 in 4 hours that a court case would be filed against me in  court where I would then be responsible for $6300.00 not including attorney fees and court costs.  There was also a warrant for my arrest attached to it signed by a Judge David something or other from the State's Attorney office in Los Angeles, CA.

There were 2 different numbers listed on the contact information (979) 871 7911 was listed to call, and 912-421-1511 was listed to TEXT back to how I would be paying them...I called and spoke with the Texas Attorney General who said this is a scam and that they CANNOT garnish wages, these are only scare tactics they use to get money from people!  

I looked up the address on the letter for 555 Seventeenth Street in Los Angeles and it is NOT the State AG's office!  It is some building that has nothing to do with any attorney at all...these people are ruthless and will harass the hell out of you for nothing!  I never even had a payday loan wit them or any of their companies! Do yourself a favor and BLOCK them from your phone and send their emails to your spam files and save yourself the aggravation!
