American Leisure / Easy Saver Will that be Credit, Debit, or Fraud? Nationwide

I happened to go to the bank and questioned why there wasn't as much in my account as there should have been. The bank teller told me that 2 companies, American Leisure and Easy Saver, had taken $19.80 each. They did not have my authorization to take any money from my account. I don't even know who or what they are!! I called the bank call-center and made a report and they are doing an investigation. I was given a phone number from the bank for these companies, but when I call, an automated machine asks for your phone number and when you enter your phone number in, it says it does not recognize that membership. It then said to call back during regular business hours. I don't know if I will be able to talk to anyone during regular business hours, so I will be trying again Monday.
