Was quoted as such when I called. When the technician arrived, he said the job will be quick but he will be charging $150. When I said no thanks, he said it would be $75 for coming out. I paid the $150 telling him to do the job but I'll be challenging the price with his manager. He was done in a heartbeat, and it took a week of daily calls to finally get hold of a manager in this company. They stated there's nothing they can do that the prices are what they are. When if they've ever charged the "starting price" for services, the manager said no and started getting the "what are you gonna do about it" attitude on the phone. She's right, nothing I can do but try to protect people from using this service. You will get screwed. Company Operates

Was charged $150 for 25 seconds of work.  Website states automotive lockout service starts at $35, and the phone operator quoted the same.  Her exact words were "shouldn't be much more than that".  Technician arrived in 15 minutes, and upon arriving stated it would be an easy job but he would be charging $150.  I said 'what? no thanks', then as I started walking away he wanted $75 for coming out.  Complete bait and switch scam.  After fears subsided of being charged $75 to be back where I started I stated I'd pay $150 for the service but would be contacting his manager for a refund of most of that.  He unlocked the car in 25 seconds using an airbag.  Car was a 2008 Honda Element.  Was nothing tricky to get in.  I then called the company asking for a manager to discuss the charges.  Despite daily calls, I was unable to reach a manager until 6 days later.  Once I talked to the manager on their pricing she stated they have never charged anyone their starting price and that the price is up to the technician, who all work under contract.  They also had me down for driving a Chevy Camero (what?) and that the job was more complex than 25 seconds of work.  I challenged the truthfulness of their report and the accoutability of them to their actual service technicians, but it didn't matter.  They had their money and weren't going to budge.  If you are locked out of your car and call this company, be prepared to get ripped off.
