*Consumer Suggestion: Upfront Payment Is ALWAY A SCAM
Signed contract on May 11, 2009, was told that they already had a buyer.
Had to do title search. Called several times told was in process. Told to call back on
December 05, 2009. At that time I was told was in final stage of finance, buyer had
to pay 10% down and had until December 21, 2009. I called back on December 28
and the phone number was no longer any good. Looked on internet and saw scam
reports. I'm out $1298.00. My husband in bad accident in October can't work I need
my money back.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Upfront Payment Is ALWAY A SCAM
AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

Folks, if you're selling a timeshare or other real estate you never have to pay a fee up front when dealing with LEGITIMATE real estate professionals. Any fees are agreed to beforehand in writing and paid at CLOSING. Also, buyers always pay the title search fees in legitimate real estate transactions, not the seller.
If anyone insists on a upfront fee simply walk away. Avoid the SCAM.
