American Marketing Group Timeshare Sales AMERICAN MARKETING GROUP Deceptive approach to selling our time share . Not returning deposit on unsigned aggreement. PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida

On September 22,2009 I received a phone call from AMG telling me they had a buyer for my time share in Florida.  They made me an offer which I countered with a return price of $$20,000 for each week (I had 2 weeks In Orange Lake Country Club- 3 bedroom) for a total of $40,000.  they then came back with an agreement from whomever they were supposedly talking to, and offered me $40,600 plus rent for a week that was not used for 2009.  They said I had to prepay the settlement cost for title search and other fees to get this agreement.   I asked for them to fax me this aggreement, but the sales girl said this all had to be original and I would receive this to sign in a few days.  She said she had tohave my credit card imformation to use when she received the signed agreements from me and my husband.  I received the agreements on September 24.2009 and it was not a sales agreement but a listing agreement to sell my time share.   I had explained to her I all ready had an agreement like this with another pending company and I was only agreeing to a final sale.  I returned the agreement unsigned the same day certified mail and again on overnight mail as specified in the unsigned agreement to cancel said agreement.  I also called that was instructions for cancelation, but forget that, no one ever answers nor calls back.  I have called over ten times but still have not received my money back.  They put the amount through the same day 9/22/09 without any signed agreement.  I called my credit card company but they said there was nothing they could do.  I have also notifed the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OF FLORIDA about this company. PLEASE HELP ME.
