American Marketing Group Pay before sale was made Palm Beach Garden Florida

My story is like so many other stories posted already. I spoke with Antony and he told me that he had three interested parties for my time share . He proceeded to ask me how I wanted for My hundred-forty thousand points? I told him $10,000. He said that the minimum he could sell it for was $18,890 and the customer has already given him a check for half the amount.

Anthony then told me to get the deal going,he needed $999. I asked him why could he not take the money from the sale proceedes. He said that needed to do a title search to make sure everything was okay.

I told him that I had already paid another compamy $250 and I was not going to pay another dime till I got my timeshare sold. He then told me to send him a copy of my contract and he would get me a refund.

I asked him to send me a copy of their contract which he did. Paragraph 2 state: American Marketing Group forwards all inquiries about my timeshare/property to me, and allows me to accept or decline any offer for the sale/rental of my timeshare/property without the invovment of any broker, and without any commimission

Anthony had told me that $18,890 was the minimum he could eccept, heck I would take the 50% deposit in a heart beat.

I think that it is a shame that these bussinesses are allowed to take avantage of cosumers the way they do. We all need to continue to post our conplaints on the enternet and also send letters to Florida's state attorney general.
