 what the hell does a massive recession have to do with my consignments.i just bought back a game used bill nelson la rams jersey for 65 cents on the dollar which ami received payment for.yet ami never paid me!!!!!in other words i have evidence against ami.i made the f.b.i. aware of it in person.the auction house gets 20 percent from the buyer and 15 percent from the seller or consigner.the balance goes to the consigner within 60 to 90 days.the recession has nothing to do with anybody,s consignments.oops what happened to reggie jackson,s so called 1977 world series ring??????obviously you had to pay reggie jackson and his attorney's legal fees!!!!!what happened to the american express lawsuit in 2004.ami had to pay back 100,000.00 dollars.you had 26 million in sales!!!!according to bleacher report in the super bowl edition they stated that moreno and keita are recovering alcoholics!!!they spent our money partying,gambling,and boozing.sad to say the state of nevada eliminated their consumer fraud division.but the f.b.i. and the ftc are now watching american memorabilia!!!!stay tuned!!!!!

The creditors meeting is on October 11, 2013. The FBI has spoken with Victor and the company on numerous occasions> I don't see you report on 60 minutes, nor any new media. The company closed several months ago. Why don't you get your facts straight before making up outrageous and slanderous comments.

The company sold other parties good though their website and various outlets on their website, ebay, trade shows, national conventions and many other venues. They were an auction house of other peoples products and the company closed months ago. Why don't you check with the secretary of state if you are still in the dark. Geesh - some people.

Susan Kieta sold the company in 2007 to Victor Moreno. Five years ago she was only an employee of the company and filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy that was discharged over a year ago. She did not, does not and never has owed you any money.

The creditors meeting was not held on September 17th and was postponed so please get your facts straight on that account too.

The FBI has never filed, charged or taken any legal action against the company or Victor Moreno. Have you ever seen a single charge of any type from any law enforcement agency?

If you missed it, the country just got through a massive recession and dozens of sports memorabilia companies went out of business. The company hung on years longer paying back people until forced to dissolve earlier this year.
