American Merchant Center, Inc., Victor Olechno, Jennifer, And Laura Unauthorized monthly debits from my bank account. They ignore my letters and calls. Van Nuys California

1.When I tested my credit card machine, it was NOT working and read modem error My credit card processing company, American Merchant Center, Inc., an ISO/MSP, told me to call Apriva the wireless provider. Apriva stated that my account was deactivated by American Merchant Center on July 10, 2008. Despite many letters, calls, faxes, and eMails to cancel my account, reimburse me, and stop taking money from my bank account, American Merchnat Center refused to comply, gave me the run around and continues to charge my bank account monthly despite my letters and phone calls revoking authorization to charge my check debit account.

2.My credit card terminal, Lipman 8000, arrived with a damaged modem connector. I called Jennifer (my sales rep.) and was instructed to send the damaged piece back to her so she could replace it with a functional one on 3/4/08. I never receive a replacement piece.

3.Also, my Lipman Nurit 8000 device I purchased from American Merchant Cntr for $725.00 arrived USED.

4.I also did not receive my free pin pad as advertised. When I called they instructed me to simply use the debit cards as credit cards and did not offer any further assistance to getting my free pin pad.

5.Per their advertisement, there is a no monthly minimum. However, on each of my billing statements there is a Card Minimum Bill Fee in the amount of $25.00.

6.Per their advertisement, there is a no yearly fee; however, on my billing statement there is a Membership fee in the amount of $59.00. After calling to dispute this, I was told that this is an annual fee.
