American Modern Insurance Group Scam, Common practice of American Modern is not to pay out insurance claim. Amelia Ohio

I filed a claim for garage around april 2, 2015. a very large tree had  fell onto the garage and had collasped the roof. previous to my roof Collasping i kept lawn equipment,tool and a washer and dryer stored there. My Garage was not in preten condition  it had a small hole at the very back end of the garage i made with my foot. That was there previous to my garage roof collasping from sweepinp tree branches off after winter, but it was isolated. American Modern is force insurance by the bank for  any hazards that may happen.

I have never   filed a claim for home or Auto. When your garage collasp from a very large tree, you file a claim, American Modern refused to pay. American Modern has historical reputation for distorting the fact and not paying out claims in every state of operation. I was told my garage wasnt in preten condition so my claim has been denied. Its my belief that should not change the facts that a tree hit my garage and collasped the roof. Futher more American Modern also lied about when my policy started with them in a letter to me, so they wouldnt be responslble for any damages.
