beware vendors: working for this company american mortgage servicing solutions , american mortgage services solutions...they play games with your pay.   whitney who runs the show for the two owners bryan and tammie who will hardly ever communicate with you.  whitney will show favortism to certain vendors and give other vendors work that cost you more to inspect homes basically instead of making money.  profit margins are so low its impossible to make a profit.  the company will not only take 25% of all work and safeguard takes another 25% then when it comes time to pay on the work  that takes 45-60days later, the company will create adjustments to approximately 90% of all work completed. so at the end of the day you might get your cost back from gas , labor and material and a very small profit that after one year ...you will be in debt.  they are rude, they do very little communicating , and they play games with their property preservation module. they will say they are trying to make changes to the invoice/payable module that suppose to show you every invoiced entered, paid or not paid.  they do not do that unlike most who uses this module in an honest way, this company pretends they dont know how to use the ppw module and they send you a spreadsheet which is convoluted and by the end of the year it's costing you more out of pocket to keep proper records of what they owe you. be very careful with this company.   they owe me money.

I hate writing on these websites but after an acquaintance told me about this post I felt I had to say something. I have been working as a sub for AMSS for 7 years now and they have been nothing but fair to me. I work great with Tammie and Cindy and they are the straightest statewide preservation vendor I have worked for. Here's what I have to say to the poster of the original message: If you do good and honest work they are a great company to work for. If you play games or do illegal stuff at a property they will withhold from you until the matter is resolved. Just like me they act with integrity as any vendor should when representing a notional bank and dealing with sensitive matters such as foreclosed homes.
