I've placed an online order 90605 with American Nutrition Inc on Dec 30, 2010. A few days later their email told me that my item is on backorder and would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. Now, almost 3 most later I have not received my order. During the last two weeks I have sent them several email requests and voice messages. They are not responding, and no real person ever answers the phone. (And Paypal would not refund me my money because I missed their 45-day guarantee period). They used to be a good company, in the past I placed many orders with them. I wonder what happened to them.

After I filed my report, I once managed to speak with a real person from americannutrition.com. He told me FDA had on hold piracetam that I ordered, but this product is being released now and they would surely ship it to me next week. Now more than a month later, I still got no delievery (which is already more than 4 months since I placed this order). Phone lines of americannutrition.com are not working (now I am not even getting any recordings) and they are not returning emails. I don't know if they are still in business.
