American Nutrition Inc Never delivered my order. Issued a partial refund ,$22 for a $92 order. Ignored my followup emails! DENVER , Colorado

I placed a $92.00 dollar order with "American" Nutrition, online. After waiting 30 days, I followed up with them and was told that the products were on backorder. I waited an additional 30 days and my order was still on backorder! So, I decided to cancel it.

I was told, by their customer service rep, that I would receive a full refund, within 1 week. But two weeks elapsed and my Paypal account was never credited! I contacted Paypal, but my transaction was outside of their 45 day buyer protection window and they couldn't help. 

I took the initiative and sent "American" Nutritiion a Paypal money request, for $92.00 dollars. Within serveral days, I received a $22 dollar refund, but I never heard from the company again. Subsequent, follow up emails have been ignored and after 7 months, my Paypal money request was recently canceled. 

I don't expect to ever hear from "American" Nutrition, again. I recommend AVOIDING them! There are just too many good nutritional companies, out there!

Bottom line, there is NOTHING American about "American" Nutrition. Perhaps they should consider changing their name to Al Qaida Nutrition! :(
