There is no "Premium" service. There is no service. There is no "Support". There is no one in an office. There are only non-sencical replies to support emails that are obviously propigated by key words in question.

I was alone from day one- just hoping it would all work out. I reveiwed my entries multiple times. . . still I failed and now have to seek legal assistance. My case should have been a slam-dunk. We have a home, a few old cars, I am out of work with an income under $400 a month.

There is no phone number. No email. No sign of life. No refunds.
