Well, American Pardons has done it again! After receiving my money, they have done NOTHING to fulfill their end of the bargain. "Christina" is the "new" person that RARELY returns phone calls, seems to have "lost" the paperwork that I sent to her, and seems to be the "supervisor" there. I've placed what is beginning to be countless phone calls to this place, asked for a supervisor, and I keep getting my call forwarded to her. Why would I want to place a complaint with the person I want to place a complaint about? The operators seem reluctant to be of ANY help. This place seems to be ready to take your money, but NOT ready to do the job they've been paid to do. Have a record that you need expunged? I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this place!
