American Pension Services APS misappropriated our retirement money Riverton Utah

We had just come to know Curtis DeYoung through a Real Estate Education Company.  He was reffered to us in 2013 and just after we met with him we moved our Annuity into his company then we found out in April 2014 that he has stolen upwards of 23 million from a lot of investors.  This is ludachris! We just received a 40 page document and the receivership is asking for our responses.  The plan is to liquidate his business but, How will they come up with the missing money? At ths time they are implying that it should come from the Investors. I say arrest him and take everything he has! What he is quilty of doing is likened to taking money from the church plate as it is passed!
