Curiosity...

AUTHOR: A Sad Utah Investor - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, March 31, 2016

I have read this Rip Off Report several times over the last two years and when I get to Cindy's response I wonder how she is feeling about all of this now?  Do you still have those fond feelings for the DeYoungs?

I am also interested in knowing how Mr. Morse knew about all this American Pension Services mess so early on--even before the SEC stepped in.  I would love to know his story.   I wish we had seen his warning and acted on it, but my husband and I didn't.  Our retirement is now gone.  Stolen by Curtis and Michelle DeYoung--"allegedly".

Keep following the money FEDS.  It can't just disappear.  And please look into how Curtis and Michelle are paying for their individual lawyers since they are now divorced by divine, but still together.  Likely with investors stolen money.

AMERICAN PENSION SUED FOR FRAUD AND RECEIVER APPOINTED

AUTHOR: anonymous - ()

POSTED: Saturday, May 03, 2014

You were correct to post this warning. I did look into it, and even my lawyer looked into it, and we thought you were just an isolated crackpot. You tried to warn us, but we did not believe you. How did you find out about this? I have a substantial part of my life savings with APS, so I would appreciate any insight you could give me.

How did you know?

Clayton, the SEC recently filed a lawsuit against APS and Curtis DeYoung about misappropriating funds. The only information I have heard about this case, outside of recent news and APS, is your report on here, which is dated more than a year ago. I guess my question is how did you find out this information about APS before this went public? Our company has been affected by this whole ordeal, so any insight as to what is going on would be really helpful.

I am a Client of American Pension Services

AUTHOR: Cindy - ()

POSTED: Monday, July 01, 2013

I have been a client of American Pension Services since 2008 and can happily report that they have Only purchased what I have directed them to purchase - 2 houses inside of my ROTH using seller financing.

I have been very happy with their service and their integrity.  I love that they come from a place of serving and educating first, then providing assisting in truly self directing the IRA.

I have referred several clients to them and my clients have had similar results.  Very happy with both Self Directing AND very happy with their returns.

I'm not afraid to use my own name, not the Lone Ranger.  I would encourage anyone reading this report to go to the website, take a look at the education provided, do your OWN due diligence and make an informed decision on what is best for you.
