I too worked for American Power Vac and when I came across this statement, I just had to reply. I can tell you first hand that this is one of the best employers I have ever worked for. I am familiar with the guy who wrote this and he was immediately terminated after the company discovers he had falsified his employment application. This also appears to be written on the day of his termination!

The statement made is true. I used to work for the company but quit because of Keith's continuous lying. He robs his employees of hours worked, orders employees to take short cuts in order to get in and out of the home as fast as possible, offers potential customers his half off special which is not half off. He doubles the normal price and then takes half off so you end up paying the full price anyway.

He orders his workers to call the office on each job so he can try to upsell by offering a sanitation treatment which is never applied fully or properly because the workers are not given enough time to to it properly.

He lies to potential clients by telling them before and after pictures will be taken, but no cameras are provided to the workers. This is just a ruse to get you to agree to his services.

The Department of Labor recently concluded an investigation against him and found in favor of the employees for skimming their paychecks.

Be careful with this company. He will rob you too, because he acts like he cares about you, but the only thing he cares about is getting your money.
