American Premier Funding Inc I responded to APF to refinance at a 5.37% I responded gave them all my info they resinded on the deal San Diego California

I got a letter in the mail on refiancing my home. I responded and went through all the paper work which takes quite sometime, they lock me in at a 5.37% my credit score is great, one month down the road they come back with they can't give me that rate they then offer me a rate of 6.25% they told me the agent that was handling my file was no longer with the company. I then told them he had lock me in at that rate. and it wasn't my fault that he didn't do what he was suppose to.I then ask them to return my $350.00 that i paid for the appraissal fee that the agent assured would be return to me if for some reason the deal didn't go through they are trying not to pay me my $350.00 and trying to say that was a private contractor but they are the one that hiring him so I want my money back. so be very careful when you get mail because the company might be a scams to mislead you into thinking they are legal. also the deal was close I had sign all the paper work they had transfer my home insurance and sent me my mortage statement from the other mortage company .I don't understand how they getaway with but they do. I want my money that i paid for the appraisal fees.
