American Project Management Claimed I would receive refund for inadequate services, sent in refund form, never received my money back. Denver, Colorado

I signed up for a project management course.  The course and website seemed to be somewhat legit.  When I showed up to the first class, the instructor was 1.5 hrs late and UPS delivered boxed full of notebooks for the class.  The whole thing wreaked of a huge scam.  The instructor was a joke, claimed she had a law degree, she didn't seem like any type of professional.  The instruction was poor as nothing she said was clear.  I left at the lunch break and never came back.  I immediately called the company requesting a refund.  The emailed me a form same day, I sent it back minutes later.  To date its been almost 12 weeks beyond the 6-8 week time frame they claim to give out the refunds.  I am through calling and getting their promises and will soon be seeking legal action.  The total for the course was $995, so I'd love to stick it to them for more than that, but I would highly suggest avoiding them completely.
