American Publications Buyers Beware Home Business Scam Maryland Heights Missouri

Attention buyers, American Publications based in Maryland Heights, MO is nothing but a SCAM !!!!

I came across a advertisement for them listed in the Parents Magazine, MAIL BROCHURES! EASY WORK! GREAT PAY! Bonuses!

It sounded good on the surface, considering the advertisement was listed in one of my favorite magazines. So like any good potential customer I went to their web site. www.ameripubs.com

Immediately when you go to their site there is theis huge disclaimer warning you that there is another company that is using their same name based in another state that is scamming people out of their money, and indeed this is the "CORRECT" site! (scam free, right!) So of course im now looking throught their sight and then they lead you to theit #1 work at home business. Home Mailer Program, where you are paid $5 for each request you process. You're paid (BEFORE) you mail out the information. You're apparently provided with pre-stamped envelopes. Im confused! They say you process sales brochures, call me stupid (its ok i'm not offended) but what exactly is processing sales brochures? Do they send you one brochure and you have to go to kinkos and make hundreds of copies? They pay you before you mail out the brochures? I mean if thats the case, then how do they know that you are even mailing out the brochures? At this point I wanted to speak to a person, I called their listed number, and you know what I got?

Basically, "Leave your name and number if you are already a member and someone from our support staff will contact you shortly." and

"If you are not a member, then you can contact us via our website email address with a request in writing and someone will be able to assist you. We apologize but due to the "overwhelming response" we are unable to answer all calls!"

Great, thats exactly what a confused potential customer wants to hear!

So What Next? GOOGLE OF COURSE! Google is my best friend!
