Michael Harris IS still with this company and claims to be the owner.  He now goes by the name of Rex Rogan (a comic book character)! I was contracted to book appointments with real estate agents.  I scheduled several appointments, received two checks from them and am STILL waiting for my final check, which I am sure I will never receive.  I have made several phone calls to Michael/Rex or whatever his real name is, and they have gone unreturned.  I decided to leave this company when things just did not add up... fake name, cheesey commercials that were supposed to air in the summer and STILL nothing, being told that I didn't have my check because the owner (Michael/Rex) was admitted to the hospital, etc... the list goes on.  Stay away from this company!

We do not sell anything over the phone first off. So with that being said i hope no further questions may arrise but let me continue. The company has been hiring all over the United States with various jobs. We do have Sales Staff that can contact a agent over the phone. But blocking your number would never help in business. We also offer vigarous training and product update calls but never would the owner be on the call and yes they would have a sales manager who would spend a deal of time going over product. This person obviously did not meet our qualifications and the poor gent can not spell. So paper trials and all this nonsense is ludicrous at best.

American Real Estate Idols is now a brand new company under new management. Michael Harris is no longer affliated with this company. To be clear, we are a legitamate company open for business. We have plenty of customers excited about our upcoming television projects.

The previous slander this company has faced was by a woman who researched who she thought was a previous owner out of California. We are based in Las Vegas. Our company has never been affiliated with anyone getting into trouble for selling real estate.

We have worked long and hard to bring our clients only the best leads generated from our website and commercials. Going to our website, you can see the commercials we have, which are better quality then some of the other national commercials.

We look forward working with any realtors interested in generating more business on a national level.

  I was contacted by a " regional sales manager" From AMERICAN REAL ESTATE IDOLS  to cold call Realtors from my home after hearing the numbers I was very excited. $2500 to 7k a week I'm in.  So the "regional sales manager" sends me this really cheesy email template with an independent contractor agreement attached from a yahoo account STRIKE ONE. I ask him if you guys are making this type of money why not have a corporate email account. STRIKE TWO.  I ask so how will my sales team   send the client information on our product the answer WE DON'T SEND ANYTHING OUT TO THE POTENTIAL CLIENT AND YOU MUST BLOCK YOUR NUMBER AT ALL TIMES .....HUMMMMM.  Then I took the time to listen to a couple of "trainings" held by the CEO they were a good 45 to an hour long and the only thing that we took from it was that this guy had something to hide because he repeated the same things, use your cell phones never give out you phone number and there is no material to send out to the clients. and the clincher for me was that during his very shady 'training" he said out his own mouth that once the zips codes are sold in an area 'they move on to the next' like the circus. That led me to ask what happens to my sales team to do for employment when your circus leaves town and what happens to our reputation if you never run a commercial?  Because for a commercial that's running nation wide I have never ever seen it not once. Then I had a chance to speak to the Ceo one on one I asked him a bunch of probing questions and he became even more evasive and the last exchange we had was when I asked what to I do with my sales team as far as documetation  his quote " No dont send me anything no paper trials" I asked him what he meant and I never heard from him agian.  Its a money grab plain an simple he hires people to work from home to cold call realtors then  hire outside sales people  in that area to close the deal they get paid a percentage but he keeps the lions share of fools. When no commercial airs the sale people take the fall .    I have much more ... do yourself a favor if your in sales or a realtor dont do it

Did you ever think that there might be more than 1 Michael Harris the in the state.  It's an extremely common name.  Would you guess that there might be more than 1 John Smith who is a realtor in New York?  Next time do some research before you post something completely false.  I guess libel is your strength.  I work for Michael Harris and we have a massive sales and marketing team.  If you actually had the correct Mike Harris then he would have put his sales and marketing team to work on your reputation...but as he along with many people have told you including realtors in your own community who work with us...you have the wrong person

I am here posting upon my free will. My name is Andre, and I am the sales rep for the state of Maryland. I am here to write what took place with MS Relocation or otherwise known as MS Angela Sams. She was the only agent in the county I met with who was interested at the time. She has her own website as msrelocation.com, and by her messages to me,  this article and all the proof, I can tell you that even though the company has refrained from using her name that I will as I'm an independent contractor and its of my free speech I'm exercising. First off, I'm not some old man. She knew clearly my name but decided to ridicule my boss and our company AmericanRealEstateIdols.Com.

She claims how horrible we are when she was chomping at the bit to sign up. So after meeting with her late last week, she has the gull to go on the Internet to such a despicable site like this and lie to the public and make us look bad! She wanted to buy. Whether it was her or her lawyer’s crappy investigation that states my boss is some Real Estate Agent Crook is asinine, asiten, asieleven, asitwelve! She did not have a clue that there can be two people in the US with the same name as Mike and Harris? Wow, that's a brilliant move. I wonder if her lawyer--if that's who she claimed to me did a background check--informed her what Defamation was. Well, here is what defamation means, Ms. Sams!

Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, or traducement—is the communication of a false statement that harms the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government, religion, or nation. Most jurisdictions allow legal action to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism.

And here you go, this is a grand slam. If the economy is not bad enough and here comes a great idea a professional to the T Business. And one Agent who has nothing better to do with her time can write this garbage for the world to see. She was able to put the phone number of the Business and the address well why could she not call the business office? The owner has records of all calls--not even one. So it took this lady more time to make us look bad than it would have to not make us out to be a bad company. And no way had I said 700 commercials. I talk about other companies like Progressive, and Flow, and how a couple years ago no one knew her.

But when it comes to specifics, I'm allowed to say “several hundred” a month is our intentions. We want to play as many as possible because then our Agents will be in an annual contract with no guarantees then a 90day we give you the world guarantee so we can have just a few agents in the key locations when this goes live. We are out pre selling areas, and I have sold multiple people and I just started all over the US. The best of the best are signing up. She never once complained about the lady and her cocktail dress which, yes, some people don't like. But, I and our clients trust the man who's been producing commercials for years. It's called showmanship, and we want to get a male audience also.

None of the Agents will be complaining--they just want their phones ringing. Especially, when it comes to National Television along with our Internet marketing, this can do things for agents and reach Business that the normal methods can't. So someone creates a great idea--has everyone wanting to participate. It's up to the guys like me and my assistant David in each state to get the best. I looked at her msrelocation.com site. It says she's with Long and Foster on her own site but started, I think in March, with Weichert Real Estate. So someone who wants to complain about something can't update her own site in what 4months? I know that the owner had tried reaching their Owners Bill Boettner and Doug Milburn with not one returned call. 

Long story short--this lady should not be allowed to sell time shares working in a concession stand. The most unprofessional I've ever encountered. My boss has 4 babies under three and has been battling a serious infection for months. But he goes to work, and when this all works, it’s not just for me and all the Real Estate Agents and all the Contractors that will make residual income for life. If you all only knew this young man who's my boss—he is a genius. I might be 60, but I am not an old man, Ms. Sams. I am an active and intelligent college graduate. And I have never had the pleasure I have in all my years working with someone. This is not something that just is going to work.

It's going to revolutionize the way we find Real Estate Help. And lastly, she wanted to meet me at a public place and bashes us now for this. I drove out of my way like I would for any of my clients. She never complained once about the Lady in the Ad—who is a very attractive lady and is the Host that talks like the X-Factor or American Idols. Then, you see testimonials and real life actors dressed as agents in the background. If she only knew what she has done. But I've written my sworn letter that it is Angela Sams. Real easy connection and she has no idea what she did or the ramifications that would happen. Don't think she will think we're cheesy at the end of the day. 

I did this on my own. I love my job. The owner is great and everyone loves the product. It's not always in someone's budget, and we determine who we want. I hope no one takes this out on Mike Harris. He's a great owner, a great leader, and a heck of a father to four toddlers. And he sure is not selling Real Estate in California. 

I've got a simple saying with my clients: you give us your Business for 90days--we will have it for your career. Thank you to all the readers who can understand what kind of horrible people there are and don't let this post bother you. Heck, call the Business if you have questions or be thorough before you start name calling. Wow oh Wow...

American Real Estate Idols would like to make a brief statement regarding this thread that was posted anonymously by One Ms Relocation. We have identified this individual and her current employer, and have received not a single comment from this agent nor has any action been taken by the owners of which this agent is employed. We have advised them as to what has happened.

First off, we need to state that this is now a Defamation Lawsuit, and we are working around the clock to ensure that the parties involved are brought to justice. There is more than one form of defamation and clearly the Intent was used to cause harm to Our Business by advising potential clients not to do business with us.

1.  There is no connection between our business and a company named YourRealEstateLife.com which is a business owned and operated in the state of California not Nevada. We would like to take it a step further and point out this agent's intention was to do business with us. From our understanding, she asked for her lawyer’s advice to look at our contract which is client friendly and guarantees investors money if they are chosen and choose to participate with us.

From our understanding, the lawyer saw no flaws in our contract but did a random non-thorough investigation through the Internet and randomly found some man with my same name and who's company is currently still operating and in business in the state of California. This companies name is YourRealEstateLife.com. But at no point did the agent nor her lawyer bother to pick up the phone to verify anything with us. From our prospective, they simply jumped to the conclusion that Michael Harris, CEO of American Real Estate Idols, is someone who has Ripoff Reports associated to a business out of state and this agent never once thought that other people in the United States could have the same first and last name! So this agent decided to post to this site which clearly indicates that the threads cannot be withdrawn. Her claim that I am this Michael Harris from California who is the CEO of a completely different company, YourRealEstateLife.com, is entirely false. I, Michael Harris of Nevada, owner of American Real Estate Idols, am not nor have associated my business with the words “scam” and “rip-off.” Besides legal action, posting a rebuttal is all we can do at this time. The damage cannot be repaired and has put our company, American Real Estate Idols, in serious reputation and financial losses. But we assure all of our clients, future clients, and anyone reading this that we will go on as planned and hope we have no minor setbacks due to these false and inaccurate pieces of information from that agent and her lawyer. We are confident in our company and continue planning and growing our business and continually making our current clients and future clients satisfied and confident in their investments in our company, American Real Estate Idols!

2.  We would like to point out that all of our sales staff, including phone staff, are hired as independent contractors and any verbal agreements that are not part of our contract, we cannot be held liable for. Upon speaking to our sales representative for the State of Maryland, he clearly identifies 100% who this agent is and will be a witness in our defense and state that he was never told nor said anything regarding 700 commercial spots per day. If you think about several of the top companies out there and combined them all together, they do not play 700 commercial spots in a day.

As Part of our sales training to our contractors, we don't let them give out any specific number of airings. As our intention is to play as many as possible to start, but that playing in Prime Time on major rated shows and events is where we intend to play these commercials. So if asked, we allow them to say several hundred spots a month. Which we assume the agent did not hear correctly and that the word “several” was misinterpreted with the word “seven.” But then in a laughing attitude towards our business, it does not step there.

This agent goes on to state that we have some black jack dealer performing TV ads that is to be played nationwide. First, none of our filming has ever been done in Nevada. We use talent and contractors from the State of California. That's the only connection my company has to California besides clients and sales staff.

Making jokes about someone’s creativeness or ideas is one thing. But to make fun of an upcoming actress, who actually has been part of a local TV show in Southern California, is just wrong. Not seeing our vision and not choosing to sign up is fine. But saying we pulled a lady off the streets to do our ad is very immature and words one should keep to themselves. But all of our actors and actresses were real and are contracted with us to perform more TV ads if we choose to continue using them. Also, we do not know what extent this agent had when walked through our site. But the cost of our website, its functionalities and our commercials, which are not inexpensive nor look cheap, were questioned here. We can't go into all specifies at this time, but this agent will soon know this company has invested a lot of money.

We also want to point out how this meeting took place. This agent was called by a contractor which all phone staff work as assistants to an outside sales representative. Our phone staff always will leave a message for the agents we select to contact about having a unique exclusive experience to participate with us. No one purposely hides his/her own phone numbers, and we will always give the agent a number to call if he/she cannot make his/her appointment with us. 

Next, the agent here had scheduled a meeting with us at his/her business. Then, she made last minute arrangements to ask us to meet her at a Panera Bread Company as she was out showing homes and it was more convenient. We also provide documents for all our participants, and we instruct our sales staff when printing to make professional sales kits in color and on high gloss paper so it does not look unprofessional. At times, we have had to reprimand staff members. But, it’s not nor looks like 6th Grade Project!

So lastly to sum everything up, this is clearly defamation against our company and will be handled by the Court of Law. It's clearly mistaken identity which this agent did no homework to see if anything her apparent "lawyer" told her was true. Neither this agent nor its owners have contacted me or our company to comment. They must clearly understand how wrong these false allegations were. But rests assure that at the end of the day, the truth prevails! 

We ask that we are not tried in the Court of Public Opinion but are embraced for our valiant efforts to finally give the country—especially people who look to relocate and have no idea about how to find a quality agent—a place they can go and trust for all their real estate needs.

Our product guarantees agents business, but more importantly, guarantees the public a quality agent as we use all major companies to promote the agent not a company name other than ours a place where you as a customer will get the best help available and that's in our agreements with all agents. If they don't meet our quality of service, they can be removed.

Ms Sams, I know you have no concern for others as you showed that this weekend with your false allegations about me and my business. But you have destroyed everyone's investment in seconds with your lies and deception. I just wonder how can two people be in different locations? And coup anyone else have the name Michael Harris? I'm not some bald news show guy nor is my company associated with words like scam and ripoff until You! But now that we will be talking with attorneys no kiss and make up can be done.

I'm curious who your attorney is that advised you that I'm some crooked Real Estate Person and if your attorney is aware what Defamation is? I need your attorneys info asap please, I think that's the least you can do and I would like to know if it was Rachel with Weichert? I have not spoken to the Owners yet but my Attorneys will be handling this from here. Might be good to have someone else names in your slander and disregard for hard working companies! You couldn't even call us! Wow

Ms Sams do you want to give up your source who told you I'm someone I'm not? Or provide this attorneys info? We have all your info already. I didn't put millions into a cheesy name a blackjack dealer actress and this is more serious than you know. I suggest you start playing ball.

Ms Sams before we write our rebuttal to the clear defamation/slanderous report you have wrote. We will ask you once and once only if you have any comment? You have tried and succeeded at hurting our Business and all legal actions against You and any party who may have given you info that would have cause this report we will see in court. I only hope as a business man a family man. That you learn from mistakes like this.

This was defamation and in the worse way buy you instructing people not to do Business with us. I wish and it might be good in faith to show remorse that you write a rebuttal. But at this point and you were well aware that once you posted that thread it could not be removed. We have many investors including me my partners and my families money all invested into this project we made to help people. Again do you want to make any comment?
