American Recovery Bureau Bradley Stein & Locke? Thiefs Los Angeles, California

In March of 2010, I contracted with Bradley Stein & Locke to collect a past due account.  They said this was a prime case to take to court and to send them $450.00 for litigation.  We foolishly did.  Initially I was able to communicate with them but after a few months no one answered the telephone.  In September of this year I thought I would try again.  This number linked to American Recovery Bureau out of Los Angeles.  Representatives were very vague. They did not even want to give out their address. They said they were not linked to Bradley Stein & Locke but had their phone number.  Is it a coincidence that both companies have the same phone number and are collection agencies?  I don't think so.  DO NOT BE SCAMED!  If you are looking for a reputable collection agency in California contact the Collection Agency Association in California.
