American Registration Center This Center failed to provide services since March 2003 with a charge of $395 Downey California

This Center advertised in LA newspaper, Word Daily, on 03/23/03, stated:

POSTAL & GOVT IS NOW HIRING, $10 -$47/hr+Full benefits, CAREER WITH RECURITY, Green Card O.K., Info/Registration MANY POTITIONS, 562-904-7373/323-888-0492

I paid the Center $359 registration fee for government job, and was informed the $359 is fully refundable, if I failed exam, but I was never given the opportunity to take exam.

I moved to Puerto Rico on 06/23/03, and would be unable to take neither the exam nor the government job in LA. I called and wrote to the Center before my moving, as required, and wished a refund.

A letter from the Center on 08/29/03 stated that I could take postal job in Puerto Rico, and can call for an exam appointment now.

I called the Center on 09/04/03 for appointment. Ms. Kerry from the Center said exam appointment would be given in 4C6 weeks, but I never heard from them, and called on 12/03/03, 12/09/03 and 12/10/03, the same promise was given, but till today, Ive never heard a single word from the Center .
