American RV Warranties RVprotection.net I purchased an extended warranty through this company in Aug 2010 for my RV. After getting rid of my RV in Nov 2011, I called Scott at American RV Warranties (aka RVProctection.net) on Dec 27, 2011 t Everett, Washington

I bought an extended warranty through Scott at American RV Warranties, which used to be RVprotection.net back in Aug 2010.  After I got rid of my RV I called Scott on Dec 27, 2011 to inquire about getting a prorated refund since when I first bought the warranty he said it was fully transferable and refundable (this is also in writing on their website:  http://americanrvwarranties.com/).  He said he was out of business and I was smoking crack wanting a refund.  I asked who else I could speak with or who I should contact about getting a refund and he began cursing at me and told me he f#*cked my mother, etc, etc.  I then hung up on him and he called me back and continued on with his rant.  I filed a complaint against with the BBB on Dec 27, 2011.
