I enrolled and paid for this Mature Driver Course. After completing the first half of the course it froze and kept telling me to complete the question before continuing. I had completed it three times! When I contacted the company to fix the problem I was only connected to a agent in the Phillipines who could not speak English well enough to understand the problem and coud only read back canned answers  from a guide they clearly could't understand. I sent a message through the contact information and they didn't call or answer. The American Safety Councuil is a (Phillipino?) rip off. They couldn't display their incompetance any more clearly than when they spell Orlando Florida as Orlanda. OrlandA!
