American Servicing Company - ASC attempting loan mod,told denied byASC due to non-signature on single sheet,ASC sold house w/o notice, realator attempting to evict w/in 72 hrs des moines, Iowa

While in the process of a loan modification, w/the assistance of a government funded company, ASC denied loan modification w/o notice due to missing signature on single document. Discovery was found when a realtor arrived at my door with a 3 day notice to vacate property. Upon speaking w/ ASC, I was told about the missing signature and that 2 notices was sent to me which just so happened to never arrived. Last time speaking w/ company was roughly later part of December in which I was informed to submit my loan modification package again(for the THIRD time), which immediately I contacted my counselor w/ gov. funded program, who inturned faxed all documents asked for, which was confirmed by ASC.Now they are trying to evict my family in three days, w/o concern or care. We are currently seeking legal advice from a real estate attorney.
