American Shingle & siding, Inc They got my deposit money $3794.91 to replace my roof and gave me a store shut down notice several months later. Atlanta, Georgia

A guy from American Shingle Roof and siding Company visited our place and asked us to let him file a claim for our roof damage from our insurance company.  And we did it. Then one week later we  received a approval letter from our insurance company and we received a check, $3794.91. So we select American Shingle to do the job giving the whole check for the replacement of whole roof in May 13 2010. They scheduled for replacement on around July 17th.  But two month later they called us to rearrange the time, postponing another two more months.  And then, they sent me a store closing down letter. They said they were trying to collect money to give us back and at the same time they were debating on filing bankruptcy. And that's it. There have not been no contacts available since that time.
