ordred 2 sweat shirts from them for 91.80 on 12-21-18.  no response wrote them to find out about tracking number they give this response.  received this 2 days later

We are pleased to let you know that your order is now in production.   Our production process takes approximately 10 to 15 days due to high demand. As soon as your order is shipped, we will be sending you your tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 3 to 5 days for tracking number to be updated if you do not see any activity. In the event your tracking is not showing any activity, please allow another 24 to 48 hours as this is normal with many of our international carriers, if at this time you do not see anything, please don't hesitate to contact us at americansportsinsidersclub@gmail.com and we will be happy to look into it for you. Please note that during the busy season, there might be further delays with shipping carriers and updating of the shipping process, this is something we cannot control on our end and will try our best to assist you. When this occurs, in most instances the parcel is on the way and just has not been updated on the carrier system. Dear Valued Customer,   As opposed to many other online stores, we like to keep all our customers informed and up-to-date as much as possible. We have always and will always continue to strive to give you the best online shopping experience possible.    On our site, we have always had from inception, ALL information, including T&C, Shipping, Delivery, Return Policy, etc. They are all located at bottom of our store page, as where every reputable online store has them as well. We do this for full transparency. Please feel free at any time to visit our store and click on the links and most of your questions you may have are all answered there.   We would like to make you aware that our printer, whom we have used for years, has unfortunately succumbed to a extreme family emergency in which has not only affected him personally, but also his business. While we do understand and are compassionate, we also run a business and have customers like you that depend upon us. With that being said, we have moved all orders to a new printing company and they are already hitting it hard and getting things done for us. While we realize this is an inconvenience, we again wanted you to keep you abreast of the situation.    You will receive your order, we are not like some others. We apologize for the delay, but rest assured everything is up and running and your parcel will be in your hands just as fast as humanly possible.   One other item we'd like to address. A few disgruntled customers decided to post negative comments about us on social media as well as an online site. They did not read any of our policies and also felt it better to send us emails with foul language, etc. We have an attorney whom is now in the process of not only having these removed, but also filing slander charges against the site and a couple customers. We are a Christian based family company. We have spelled everything out on our site at it's inception for all to see and view whenever you like. This type of behavior is not only inaccurate and wrong, but unfortunate for the few whom have decided this was what they needed to do. We take all laws and regulations very seriously, and will follow with proper legal protocol as deemed necessary by legal counsel.   We realize this is not the news you were expecting to hear and it surely wasn't ever on our mind that we'd have to send this to you. We have recently experienced a sudden loss of someone to cancer with our fulfillment supplier that prints our designs which has put a halt in our production in the past few weeks and so we have had to quickly move our entire business to another fulfillment center, transferring all of our files and orders which took some time for the new printer to not only adjust to our designs in printing but having to fulfill quite a large number of orders for us.    Please note that your order is currently in production, which we require an additional 10 to 15 days. We have already paid for the cost and materials of production and will ensure that your order gets fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number to follow the process of your parcel with DHL EXPRESS.   Please accept our sincere apologies and thank you for your consideration.   Sincerely,   Sam Vincente Owner
